Bar Bistro Brink20:Bar Bistro Brink20 is a contemporary bar-bistro with something for everyone. Whether it concerns breakfast, lunch, drinks, dinner and again drinks, BRINK20 guarantees atmosphere, quality and intense enjoyment. BRINK20 is not for nothing seen as one of the hotspots of the Gooi. Brink20 is open 7 days a week from 10.00 to 24.00 (Corona time adjusted to 22.00) and has 115 seats in the restaurant and 40 on the terrace.
Requested profile description:We are looking for • an independent working cook on a full-time basis, which means 40 hours a week.
We ask for • experience and therefore knowledge ,• Passion,• Love for the profession,• A smile when you can because you work in an open kitchen.• Team player• Dutch speaking.
Tasks and responsibilities:• Cooking according to recipe• Making mise en place• Maintaining quality• Maintaining hygiene rules• Supporting the chef• Watching for cost control (margins) Preparing food and working according to HACCP rules. All recipes have already been worked out in a kitchen script, so these only need to be followed.
